SC “Trey” Myers

For SC “Trey” Myers, Odessa is home. A graduate of Permian High School, Trey attended Texas A & M University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. In the past, Trey worked for a large commercial construction company as a Sr. Project Manager. Now, as President/CEO of Ref-Chem, L.P., Trey leads one of the oldest and largest privately owned employers in the Permian Basin.

Ref-Chem L.P. offers engineering, construction, maintenance, EPC and field services for the oil & gas, power, chemical, refining, petrochem industrial gas and proppant industries throughout the United States. Established in 1957, the company embraces the idea that “safety saves lives and that quality creates jobs” and is proud to call Odessa home.

Trey volunteers at a variety of organizations including the food bank, United Way, Mission Messiah, MD Anderson and Compassion International. He currently serves on the board of directors for Ref-Chem L.P. and has previously served on the board for Emmaus Ministry and the Permian Basin Associated Builders and Contractors Inc.

Trey and his wife Dr. Georgia Dawn Myers, DVM have been married for 40 years and have a daughter named Sarah Elizabeth Miller. They have two grandchildren, Emma and GracieAnne.
