Anne Acreman, M.D.
Anne Acreman, M.D., was born and raised in Odessa. She graduated from Permian High School in 1973 and attended both Odessa College and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, earning her B.S. in Life Science and named Outstanding Graduate in Life Science. She then went on to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she received her M.D. Dr. Acreman completed her residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth and was Chief Resident from 1984-1985.
Dr. Acreman runs a family medical practice, Complete Care Clinic-Eastridge, and serves as the Chief Medical Examiner in Ector County. In addition, she serves as Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Texas Tech University School of Medicine and is an active staff member at both Medical Center Hospital and Odessa Regional Medical Center.
Passionate about the community, Dr. Acreman serves on numerous boards including United Way of Odessa, American Heart Association, Samaritan Counseling Center, American Red Cross and the Midland-Odessa Symphony and Chorale. She is a member of numerous professional organizations and was named “Best Physician in the Permian Basin” in the Odessa American Reader’s Poll in 2004 and 2007.
Dr. Acreman is married to Kenneth Anderson and they will celebrate their 29th anniversary on November 30th.
Stacey Gerig
Stacey Gerig is committed to expanding health services for our growing community. As Chief Executive Officer of Odessa Regional Medical Center (ORMC), Stacey oversees all aspects of hospital operations including recruiting specialized physicians and spearheading new services. Women, in particular, are beneficiaries of Stacey’s efforts. In just four years, Stacey has nearly doubled the beds in ORMC’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and overseen the development of 2 new Perinatal Centers, a High Risk OB Inpatient Unit, and a new Women’s Center. Formerly a Chief Financial Officer, Stacey keeps her finance skills sharp by serving as Treasurer for several nonprofits. Stacey has been married to Mitch Gerig for over 23 years; they have 3 daughters: Courtney (19), Madison (17), and Savannah (8).
