The Odessa Chamber of Commerce is excited to finally be able to celebrate the 2020 recipients of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Business Hall of Fame. This event was meant to be help in April of 2020 but due to COVID, it had to be pushed to a later date.
The 2020 Entrepreneur of the Year recipient is Mike Withrow, owner of Basin Abstract & Title. Basin Abstract & Title is a title insurance company that serves residential and commercial buyers and sellers through Ector County.
The 2020 Business Hall of Fame recipients are Phil Fouche, owner of ReXco, Roy Gillean, owner of The Legendary Barn Door Steakhouse, Rodney Hurt, owner of Rodney Hurt Insurance Services, and Ron Kirby, owner of Ron Kirby, CPA.
