What Our Members Are Saying!

“The Odessa Chamber is the key reason I felt connected to Odessa within weeks of becoming the Executive Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Permian Basin. Their Leadership Odessa class provided me with knowledge of the city, connections that have supported the youth in my organization and friends to last a lifetime. The Chamber is the connector to families, businesses and programs to our city. The Chamber invests back into the community, and I am forever grateful for the connections that are a part of my daily life one year later.”

– Andra Jones, Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of the Permian Basin

“Pink the Basin Inc. has been a proud member of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce since 2017. The Odessa Chamber continues to help us reach the community through their various programs, such as Leadership Odessa and Young Professionals of Odessa. The Odessa Chamber of Commerce is instrumental in providing the opportunity for us to network and partner with other organizations through the after-hour mixers. Partnering with other businesses and individuals is vital to our success and would not be possible without our Chamber.”

– Carolina Keith, Pink the Basin

“As a physician, I have personally experienced the invaluable benefits of being a member of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce. The chamber provides an extensive network of local businesses and professionals, fostering collaborations that have improved healthcare accessibility in our community. The chamber’s efforts help create a favorable business environment, indirectly benefiting healthcare facilities by attracting investment and talent to our region. The chamber’s support of the Texas Tech Regional Health Sciences Center helps to ensure the future of healthcare here in the Permian basin. I’m proud to be a member of such a valuable organization.”

– Dr. Matthew B. Furst, M.D., P.A.

“Working with other businesses and community leaders in the Odessa Chamber of Commerce has been incredibly important to the success of UT Permian Basin. Because we share a vision for the growth and success of this region, members engage in the planning and implementation of projects that accomplish critical needs: filling workforce gaps, improving quality of life, and showcasing the significant benefits that Odessa offers to Texas – and beyond.”

– Dr. Sandra Woodley, President of The University of Texas Permian Basin

“Being a member of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce offers extensive benefits and value to businesses, regardless of their size or industry. I personally experienced these advantages when I began my career in Odessa as an employee at the Chamber. The networking opportunities provided by the Chamber are unparalleled, thanks to exceptional programs and events such as Leadership Odessa and Business After Hours. The Chamber staff also adeptly advocates for the interests of Odessa businesses by actively engaging with government officials at the local, regional, and national levels. If you are interested in starting or expanding a business in Odessa, the Chamber should be your first call!”

– Jeff Meyers, Habitat for Humanity

The programming and events that the Chamber coordinates truly helps connect business owners with company employees. The Chamber always has growth, viability, and sustainability in mind for our local business owners. Bringing people together for the common good of Odessa is exactly what our Odessa Chamber of Commerce is about. The programming they put together for current and future business leaders is second to none and I personally have benefited a great deal from it and my involvement with the Chamber.”
